VNA Hospice Care is a non-profit agency that provides comprehensive care and support to patients and families facing the challenges of life-limiting illness and loss regardless of acuity or cost. Care is coordinated among a team of clinicians including medical doctors, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains and trained volunteers. Support can take many forms; medical, physical, emotional, practical and spiritual, ensuring help is provided to all involved.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions and provide support. Anyone can make a referral to hospice by calling (781) 569-2888. All calls are handled with sensitivity and are confidential.
A society where everyone has equal access to exceptional health care services and can remain at home and in the community, independently, with dignity and the greatest quality of life.
As one of the oldest and most respected hospices in New England, VNA Hospice Care provides care, comfort and support to patients and families facing life-limiting illness and loss. The focus of our care is to manage and control the pain and symptoms of an illness so that the patient can maintain control and dignity.
